  1. This service does not automatically gather any information, except for the information contained in cookies. By using the site, you, as a user, agree to the use of cookies in accordance with the following policy.
  2. Cookies are computer data, mostly text files, stored on the end device of the user of the service and intended to use the web pages of the service. They often contain the name of the website, the retention period of a cookie on the end device and the unique number. Cookies on the end device of the service user are given and accessed by the service operator: Regionalna Organizacja Turystyczna Województwa Świętokrzyskiego (Regional Tourism Organization of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship) based in Kielce (ul.     • cookies to ensure safety, e.g., for fraud detection in the authentication process in the service;
    • ‘performance’ cookies – to enable the collection of information on how to use the web pages of the service;
    • ‘functional’ cookies – these enable saving the settings and personalize the user interface, e.g. the selected language or region, the font size, the appearance of a website etc.;
    • ‘advertisement’ cookies  enable the delivery of advertising content tailored to the interests of users.
  5. Taking into account the time of keeping of the information in cookies, these files can be divided into:
    • ‘session’ cookies – temporary files stored on the end device of a user up to the moment of logging out, leaving the website or turning off the web browser.
    • ‘persistent’ cookies – stored on the end device of the user for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the user.
  6. By default, the standard software for browsing the web (the browser) allows the storage of cookies on the end device of the user. At any time, users can change the settings of cookies. Detailed information about the use of cookies is contained in the settings section which can be accessed via the menu of the web browser. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities of the website or the service.
  7. Personal details collected by cookies may be collected only in order to perform specific functions for the user. This data is encrypted to prevent access by unauthorized persons.
  8. Cookies stored on the end device of the web user may be also used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Web Service operator.

  1. It is possible to block cookies by modifying the settings in your browser.
