A 30-kilometre-long cycling trail that runs west of Nowa Sarzyna. It has rather good pavements and it is an easy route, devoid of ascents and typically recreational. It runs halfway through forest areas, and halfway through villages where a lot of wooden houses and farm buildings have survived. An interesting feature is the "Kołacznia" floristic reserve. The route is quite varied, suitable for family trips.

The general course of the trail is as follows: Nowa Sarzyna (0.0 km) - Judaszówka (2.9 km) - Wola Zarczycka, church (16.7 km) - "Kołacznia" floristic reserve (21.6 km) - Nowa Sarzyna (30.0 km).

The tradition of the town of Sarzyna, located halfway between the localities Leżajsk and Rudnik, dates back to the 16th century. Initially, it was a hunting settlement at the edge of the Sandomierz Forest. Over time, thanks to ironworks, it took on an industrial character. An economic recovery was seen in the year 1937, when the “Nitroza”
Nitrogen Compound Production Plant was built near Sarzyna. It was one of many investment projects in the Central Industrial District, currently operated as CIECH Sarzyna S.A. The plant, which covers over 500 hectares, produces herbicides (e.g. Chwastox) and various types of artificial resins. After the Second World War, Sarzyna's cultural and economic life was taken over by the thriving locality of Nowa Sarzyna, located near the chemical plant. It is worthwhile to see pre-war modernist housing there.

The trail is signposted in red. The route loops around, starting and ending is run in an industrial town called Nowa Sarzyna. The first part of the trail runs through fields and forests, south of the chemical complex. Above the village of Wola Zarczycka, the area rises, because the trail leaves the San River valley. The area is quite picturesque, and the country roads are almost free of road traffic.

The second part of the trail runs through forests that surround Nowa Sarzyna from the west, overgrowing the edge of the San River valley. A local curiosity is "Kołacznia", the smallest nature reserve in Poland, which the trail goes past. With a total area of only 1000 m2 (0.1 ha), it protects the only natural stand in Poland of Pontic azalea (yellow rhododendron). This plant is typical for the Caucasus and Asia Minor.

From the "Kołacznia" nature reserve, the trail runs further through the forests, bypassing the industrial complex from the north and returning to the town of Nowa Sarzyna on a dirt road with a very good pavement. You can avoid this difficult section of the route by riding along an asphalt road near the factory's fence; it is signposted as a green bicycle trail.

Points of interest along the trail:

  1. Forests in the vicinity of the town of Nowa Sarzyna
  2. Wooden, traditional rural constructions

Fragments of the trail are not suitable for bicycles with panniers/bike trailers. The trail runs only on roads without road traffic or on local roads with a low and very low volume of road traffic; no dangerous intersections. The trail is especially recommended for families with children and children's trailers. A recreational trail.
