Fairs season in full swing. Behind us successful presentations of the Green Velo Route in Austria, the Netherlands, Slovakia and Germany. During the last exhibition event - ITB in Berlin - the Route’s offer received a great deal of attention of entrepreneurs and individual tourists.
It is the cycling tourism that constituted a leitmotiv of the presentation. Therefore, this year the Polish national stand in Berlin could not have lacked representatives of five regions through which the longest cycling route in Poland runs. Guests visiting the stand could find out and become convinced that Poland is a country where cycling tourism, more and more popular in the western countries, may become something more than an end in itself, that it can allow to discover Poland’s cultural assets and to take a rest at rural areas or health-resorts.
