The facility is located in the center of Kielce, on the main pedestrian street - ul. Sienkiewicz, which is adjacent to the Artists' Square - a place of temporary exhibitions and installations. RCIT is the most modern point of this type in Poland, where tourists can obtain all information about accommodation and tourist attractions throughout the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The Center offers free aids, such as maps, guides, leaflets and folders as well as gadgets with the logo of the witch from Świętokrzyskie Province.
