A short, 26-kilometer-long bike trail runs through the forests west of Nowa Sarzyna. It runs halfway through forest areas, and halfway through the villages of the San River valley. It has rather good pavements and is an easy route, devoid of ascents and typically recreational. There are no tourist attractions.

The tradition of the town Sarzyna, located halfway between the localities of Leżajsk and Rudnik, dates back to the 16^th century. Initially, it was a hunting settlement at the edge of the Sandomierz Forest. Over time, thanks to ironworks, it took on an industrial character. An economic recovery took place in 1937, when the “Nitroza” Nitrogen Production Plant was built near Sarzyna. It was one of many investment projects in the Central Industrial District, currently operated by CIECH Sarzyna S.A. The plant, which covers over 500 hectares, produces herbicides (e.g. Chwastox) and various types of artificial resins. After the Second World War, Sarzyna's cultural and economic life was taken over by the locality of Nowa Sarzyna, thriving near the chemical plant, where you must see the pre-war modernist housing.

The trail is signposted in green, but many intersections do not have signposting, so a journey without a map or a loaded GPS track can be quite difficult. The route runs in a loop, starting and ending in an industrial town called Nowa Sarzyna.

The general course of the route: Nowa Sarzyna - Łętownia (14.5 km) - Nowa Sarzyna (26.0 km).

The trail runs next to the chemical complex, located west of the village, on a fairly busy asphalt road at this section. Then it runs through the villages of Łętownia and Wola Łętowska to turn into forests, which are a remnant of the former Sandomierz Forest. Along the railway line, the road returns to the town of Nowa Sarzyna through pine forests.

The entire trail is suitable for bicycles with panniers/bike trailers. The trail runs in full or in part on roads with medium traffic volume. There is at least one dangerous intersection (without bicycle crossings or traffic lights); probably not recommended for families with children. A recreational trail.
